Use the water model kits to demonstrate a knowledge of the type of bonds that affect the properties of water: polar and non-polar covalent bond, ionic bonds, hydrogen bonds; adhesion, cohesion, transpiration, capillarity; diagram and take photos
Transpiration lab Day #2: measure your mass and record it (2 members should be recording it); you do not need to take another picture unless there has been a dramatic change from yesterday
